Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Krishi Dhara, we take immense pride in delivering 100% pure, chemical-free, and unadulterated food straight from the farm to your kitchen in Lucknow. We maintain strict quality checks before packing every order of millets, cold-pressed oils, and unpolished pulses.
Because we deal in consumable, natural products without synthetic preservatives, we have a specialized return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. A Note on “Natural Variations”
Before initiating a return, please note that real, unadulterated food looks different from factory-processed food.
Our Pahadi Dals and Pulses are completely unpolished. They will not have the artificial shine found in supermarket brands.
Our Chakki Fresh Flours and Millets may vary slightly in texture depending on the harvest.
These variations are the ultimate proof of purity and are not considered defects.
2. When Can You Request a Return or Replacement?
We gladly accept requests for replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: The packaging was torn, leaked, or significantly damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect Product: You received a different item than what you ordered (e.g., Foxtail Millet instead of Ragi).
Quality Issue: The product is spoiled, contaminated, or past its expiry date upon arrival.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if the product seal has been broken (unless there is an internal quality issue).
3. How to Initiate a Request
If you face any of the issues mentioned above, we are here to fix it immediately.
Report Within 24 Hours: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery in Lucknow.
Provide Proof: Share a clear photograph or a short unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your Order ID.

4. The Refund & Replacement Process
Once our team reviews your request and the proof provided:
Replacement: We will dispatch a fresh replacement of the same product within 24-48 hours at no additional delivery cost to you.
Refund: If you prefer a refund, or if the item is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has left our Khurdahi Market fulfillment center. Please call us immediately at +91-9453279912 to request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order is out for delivery with our local riders in Lucknow, it cannot be canceled.
