• Natural Variations: Because our products are 100% natural and unpolished, you may notice slight variations in color, size, or texture from batch to batch. This is a natural characteristic of farm-fresh produce and not a defect.

• Health Disclaimer: While our products (such as Foxtail Millet for blood sugar management or Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil for heart health) are highly nutritious, the information provided on this website is for educational purposes only. 3. Pricing and Availability

• All prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. Given the seasonal and farm-direct nature of our inventory (e.g., specific Pahadi Dals), some items may be temporarily out of stock.

• We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

4. Shipping and Local Delivery (Lucknow)

• Krishi Dhara primarily operates and delivers within Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by local logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

• Free shipping offers (if applicable) are subject to minimum order values as specified on our checkout page.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Perishable Nature: Because we deal in pure, chemical-free food items without synthetic preservatives, we have strict quality control. Returns are generally only accepted if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged in transit, or past its expiry date upon arrival.

• Claims: Any issues regarding an order must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our Lucknow fulfillment center.
