• Local Operations: We currently deliver exclusively within the city limits of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• Serviceable Pin Codes: We cover all major residential and commercial pin codes in Lucknow. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your specific neighborhood.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because we deal in fresh, unadulterated food, we prioritize getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Standard Delivery: Orders placed before [Insert Cut-off Time, e.g., 2:00 PM] are typically processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

• Operating Days: Our delivery partners operate from [Monday to Saturday], between [9:00 AM and 8:00 PM]. Deliveries are not typically made on Sundays or major public holidays.

• Freshly Milled Items: Please note that certain items, like our Chakki-fresh stone-ground flours, are milled to order to retain maximum nutrition. These specific items might add an additional 24 hours to your delivery time.

4. How We Pack Your Order

• We use sturdy, eco-conscious packaging where possible to ensure your glass jars of cold-pressed oils or bags of Pahadi dals arrive safely without breakage or moisture damage.

5. Order Tracking & Communication

• Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with your order details.

• Out for Delivery: You will receive another notification when your farm-fresh groceries leave our Khurdahi Market fulfillment center and are out for delivery with our local rider.

• Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your package, our delivery executive will attempt to call you. If the delivery fails, we will attempt delivery again the next working day.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, occasional delays may happen due to heavy rains, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen logistical challenges in Lucknow. In such cases, our support team will keep you proactively updated.
